Open-access publishing offers a modern model for scholarly journal publishing that provides full access to all published articles worldwide without any barriers. This model allows all readers to view, download, print, and redistribute articles without a subscription, enabling much wider dissemination of an author’s work compared to the traditional subscription-based publishing model.
In an open-access model, the publication cost of an article is covered by the author’s research budget or their supporting institution. The Journal of Education for Human Sciences (JEH) is an open-access journal; therefore, publishing an article in this journal is free (no publication fees) for non-Iraqi authors, and 125,000 Iraqi dinars for authors inside Iraq for accepted manuscripts. No additional fees are required for submission or processing.
