Fnon Al-Rafidayn Journal is a quarterly, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, Iraq. The journal aims to advance academic research and disseminate knowledge in various fields of the arts and humanities. It welcomes original research papers in both Arabic and English.

Open Access Policy

Fnon Al-Rafidayn Journal adopts an open access policy, making all its published articles freely available to readers without subscription or access fees. Authors are not charged for accessing or downloading content.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by experts in the relevant field. Submissions are also screened for plagiarism using Turnitin software. The journal adheres to a high standard of publication ethics, in line with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
