The Concept of Poetry According to the Abbasid Poets

This research is intended to explain the concept of poetry to a number of abbasid poets through studying their poetic texts and their critical opinions mentioned in their own commentary in reply to what had been said in their private texts . this topic is studied according to certain axes used in the division of this paper such as : subjects of poetry , menning and pronunciation , truth and lie , eupheuism and concisness , poetic thefts , rhetoric arts .
