sources of Job Stress According to the point of view of secondary and preparatory school Headmasters in Nineveh governorate center

(50) (25) (25) 2006 / 2007 (60) (0,87) .The current study handles job stress sources of preparatory and secondary school headmasters according to their point of view in Nineveh governorate . The society of the study consisted of (50) headmaster at the center of Nineveh governorate for the academic year (2006 - 2007) . This society was divided into (25) male headmaster & (25) female headmaster . AL. Taani tool which is formed out of (60) items distributed on (9) aspects of job stress was used . The tool was presented to a pannel of experts to verify its reliability . After using the appropriate statistically means & applying T - test on two independents groups , the result showed no statistically significant differences between male and female headmasters regarding job stress resources . The results showed also a need for further effective knowledge , administrative and expertise skills . Planning is also needed to handle management affairs .Due to the results , the researcher made a number of suggestions the most important of which is giving an importance for the role of the headmasters , to tighten the relations between the headmasters and his staff . The researcher finally gave a number of suggestions one of which is initiating a study regarding job stress resources of primary headmasters
