The Judgment of conjecture and its division in Islamic Sharia

( ) , .The research focuses on (The Judgment of conjecture and its division in Islamic Sharia) .The researcher dependant analyses method in treating with verses of Holy Quran and AL- Sunna .The research includes four aspects , the first one is dealing with declare the meaning of conjecture , while the second is dealing whit the concepts of conjecture in Holy Quran , So the third is dealing with Hadeeth of the prophet(P.B.U.H) , and last one is dealing with Judgment of conjecture , and finally, the results of the research.
