Abstract

 


This paper addresses the research issue of verification of stationarity of observations modeled according to the Markovian model. A method is proposed to achieve this purpose depends mainly on certain matrices, called the matrices of relative frequencies. A simulation experiment is carried out through which to reach a practical formula to approximate the theatrical value of the threshold. The proposed method is also applied to DNA for natural human being, and shows that during this that this sequence is stationary, homogeneous in position, i.e., that their properties do not change on the position.
