Abstract

. (82) (12) (70) (12) . (48) (12) : ( ). (SPSS) . . .The current research aims to specify the problems related to working in kindergarten from the point of view of headmistresses and teachers . The sample consisted of (82) headmistresses and teachers measuring (12) headmistresses and(70) teachers working in kindergartens in Nenevah governorate chosen intentionally from (12) kindergartens . To obtain the data related to the problems of working in kindergarten from the point of view of headmistresses and teachers, the researchers made a questionnaire of (48) items divided equally to be (12) items on (4) aspects with three answer alternatives (yes, No, I dont know).The data were statistically treated using (SPSS) program , the results showed a major followed by six minor problems regarding constructions and furnitures . There are five major problems in learning aids , a major and four minor problems regarding the desire and the efficiency of teachers, last but not least three major problems regarding services and administration.
